If you've changed your mind about your purchase, or if you're not completely satisfied with a product, we're here to help. We offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order, this means you need to receive, open and start a return process with us within that time. All you need to do is send it back to us using a Tracked Royal Mail service, which we unfortunately cannot cover the cost of at this time. Once received, we will check and process your return and refund. Returns outside of this timeframe are unfortunately not something we can facilitate. 

Currently we only ship to the UK. If you're an international customer who is desperate to get your hands on some of our pieces, drop us an email and I'll see what we can do. We ship with Royal Mail Tracked 48 service which should arrive with you in 2 business days. If you need an order quicker than that, please let us know and we'll work our magic!
